If you are having problems finding your order, then you most
likely ordered it with a different e-mail address. If you
kept your original order confirmation e-mail, a one-click
link for your download is provided there. If you still cannot
find your download order, you can e-mail us with your name,
order date, and product name you ordered... we'll try and find

You can download your order as many times as you need to,
but we automatcally monitor accounts that have unusually high download
rates (over four downloads). If we see many downloads in a short period of time,
or from different computers, then we will disable your order.
Do not share your downloads and/or this web site service with
any one else.
No personal information collected about you
will be used for any purpose other than to allow you to get
access to your downloads.
We never sell, license or otherwise distribute your personal
information to third parties. Our vendor partners only
provide us with your name and e-mail address, and no other
personal information. All personal information is kept secure
and protected in our database servers.
Yes: we accept new vendors! You can either sell digital downloads from
our wide stock of e-books and software, or we can add your digital goods
to our system so you can place fulfillment orders.
